CITY OF ORMOND BEACH Itinerant Vendors License
$150.00 WHEN PURCHSED IN OCTOBER ARE GOOD FOR ALL YEAR.
LICENSES ARE OBTAINED BY US before each event, and must be
paid for with cash or certified check incl City inspections.
Tented vendors require CA. spec roofs (inquire if you have any questions)
Vendors are required to collect and pay the 6.5% Florida sales tax on all sales made in the state of Florida. We will have forms or Florida Sales Tax Representatives will come by.
City of Ormond Food Vendors only registration $150
Also City first Lp gas checkout for safety concerns,
second inspection of mostly cooking area fire safety.
Lastly all food vendors are required to obtain permit good for 4-105 days
cost 150.00 good for operating anywhere in Fl. For the 105 day period!
